What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Started dealing with my depression and it made me realize how far gone I was

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Eating. I love to eat. Everything. Not eating is very stressful for me. I am an emotional eater all the way.

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Emotional eating and sitting around too much.
