Ok, I'll start...I don't know why I tell you guys these things.

Today the scale said E. That means that I am over 300 and it could not register.

That's all I have to say about that.

Sandi,

We can always have "en tua nua" (Gaellic for "a new beginning").

Forget about the past, you only have the present and the future. I know that once you start seeing some positive results you will be motivated to achieve more positive results.

This week WILL be better, I know it will!!

My scale is still stuck!!! Pick it up, throw it against the wall, kick it a few times, get back on it and still it says the same. So frustrating!! I knew the weight loss would slow down, but I didn't expect it to come to such a stand still!!

At 218...have to get back on program. Did horribly last week with eating. I'm surprised I didn't gain more-only about a pound.

Hey Matt, there's an Irish band named In Tua Nua. I never knew what it meant-thanks! Do you like other Irish bands-I love U2, and Hothouse Flowers, Clannad, etc, etc....My favorite film is The Commitments-have you seen it? It's brilliant, and is being re-released on DVD shortly.

Hi all, I know you can do it Sandi I also know how depressing that can be. You will do better this week.

I could not beleave my eyes when I got on the scales today. I lost 11 lbs this week. After only a 1 lb loss last week. I was thrilled this week. I'm at 391 now. One more pound and I'll be down 100 form my heaviest of 490. I'm down 31 from my start of 422. Saying goodbye to the 400's for ever. See ya don't ever want to be ya again.

I had a good day yesterday, so I peeked this morning and it said 298.5. Soooo happy not to see an E!!

Yay, Sandi and everyone else.

Scale went back down today to 216.5

Total loss 39.5 pounds.

I keep just missing that 40 lbs mark!

I am bouncing back and forth from 262 to 265. I so want to be below 250 and its sooo close but it seems to be taking forever to get here! LOL i know patience is needed but i dont have alot of that ! Congrats everyone on there losses.
