Thanks to exercise and intermittent fasting, I finally lost all 50 lbs. of extra weight from having my daughter. Here are pictures from the USMC Ball from last year and from this year, just the other day. I would still like to lose another 10-15 pounds but am so happy to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Mom2jjl07 - Intermittent fasting changed my life! Essentially it is keeping your eating to a window of time every day or doing 24 hour fasts a couple times a week. I have an eating window from noon-8pm on average and I "fast" the rest of the day. Keeping my eating to a certain period of day makes it so much easier to eat the right amount of calories. I eat fewer larger meals and feel more satisfied than if I eat many smalls meals all day. You can do a search on this site or the internet for more info or PM me if you have more questions.
