Default JM 30 day shred
So I am starting the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today and thought I would keep a daily post about it just to keep me motivated. Anyone is welcome to join



So when I went to open the package it turns out that my husband ordered the P90X and not the 30 day Shred

I'm starting on Monday. I'm hoping to get my mom involved but if she makes too many excuses I'm just gonna do it by myself.

i started today and holy crap, it is SO hard if you're completely out of shape like me. i had to take quite a few breaks and did it without the weights, BUT i did make it to the end. ill keep posting on this thread.
