Started April 2010 and have lost 175 pounds. Did it by calorie counting and staying away from processed foods. And moderate exercise. I've posted pics in the 100 lb club, so hope I'm not posting too many places...should have put my goal reached photos here in the first place. :-)
Edited...lost 200 pounds now!
Just wanted to update with a new picture. My hubby is so proud of me that he made our extra bedroom into my dressing room! Trying on clothes is so fun now lol
