  • Hey gang - i did 2 miles this morning. I used the 5 Really Big Miles and did the 1st and 3rd miles, along with the warm up and the cool down.

  • Hi everyone!! Did way too much eating this weekend, especially off-plan foods. I am comitting to a min. of 3 miles each weekday of this week to hopefully avoid a gain. Didn't get enough water over the holiday, either.

  • Did 2 Mile Walk With Friends w/ 1# wts. this morning. Not my goal of min. 3 miles/day this week, but better than nothing.
  • Thanks Cathy for the invite. I am suffering through a migraine, on day two, but will get back to the walk hopefully tomorrow.
