Default Quick Question about Heart Rates, etc.

Does raising your heart rate (from playing competitive online games, which does indeed raise your heart rate) contribute to weight loss? Just curious... whenever I play games and get nervous or whatnot, my heart races like a rabbit... sometimes I sweat alot too :P

Derek, the only way raising your heart rate is going to help you lose weight is if you are raising it doing some sort of exercise. Sorry, guy, but sadly sitting on your fanny and playing games isn't going to take off lbs or believe me everyone here would be viciously playing games 24 hours a day!
