32 year old mother of two and I just finished my first round of Insanity!! It was ridiculously hard but I did it!!!!! Had to share that with everyone lol, I am so proud of myself for really giving it my all, especially when some people in my life thought it was too hard for me, Who is feeling like the Rockstar now??? ME!

hahaha sorry had to get that out! Still have a long ways to go but I am 100% better than where I started! Now onto round 2...

Do you lose your entire 25 pounds using insanity alone? I started Turbo Fire this week. After I finish this I would love to do Insanity.

Thanks missjkd!!

Yeah the 25 pounds and all the inches lost were just with one round of Insanity. I did restart at the two week mark when I got serious about the nutrition aspect of it so I technically did it for 77 days instead of 63 days but the weight loss didn't kick in till I added diet. This is my fist dvd workout... kinda just jumped into the hardest thing I could find hahaha thought I was gonna die at first but there is something about Shaun T that keeps ya going.

Congrats on doing turboFire! I have seen some good results pics from that, plus the cardio will really prepare ya for Insanity!

I love your Louie Vuitton goal! Fricken AWESOME!

You look terrific...congrats! My girls used to do that workout as part of their competitive gymnastics conditioning a few times every week...I think I would keel over of a heart attack if I attempted that now (although, when I'm down a bit more, I might give it a go!)

THANKS! Definitely give it a try... I didn't think I would have been able to do it either! I was hovering at 175-180 when I started. It has been my "life changer"!

Down another 5lbs for a total of 30... feeling AWESOME today... Hit pure cardio yesterday plus 170 crunches and 40 pushups... today it is Plyometric Cardio Circuit... plus some extras! I am really starting to get some shoulder definition... I wasn't even aware I had a muscle there hahahaha

Wow! I have started p90x and Turbofire each a few times but, haven't had the willpower to see them through. I have the Insanity series, too but haven't even considered touching that one.

Maybe I should go back and give them a shot. You're results are awesome!
