Thanks guys.....

To answer your question, I'm not following a specific plan. I am working out (hard) approx... 5 days a week, and I'm watching my diet. I still eat what I want for the most part, but I try to limit the bad things. I probably could have gotten more than 80 in a year if I had followed a more strict diet, but for me and my lifestyle, that just isn't practicle.

My new goal for this year is 50 lbs. I think I'll be happy at 165... we will see
