Post Going to lose a stone before halloween, yes it is possible.

Im on an amazing diet, I have already lost two pounds in two days and I plan to lose a stone for halloween so I have 16 days to do it and I believe its possible as my friend has been on the same diet and lost 6stone 4 lbs in 5 months

Isn't a stone 14 lbs? That is a LOT to lose is just a couple of weeks. Weight usually comes off quickly in the first few days, but it will slow down. Please don't set your expectations so high that you're disappointed if you don't reach your goal.

Yeah it is healthy, you still get everything you you need but its just very very low calories, already lost 4 pounds in 4 days will be weighing myself weekly after tomo x

It's the Cambridge Diet, and I'm not sure it's healthy. There have been major safety concerns, and the people who organise it have perpetuated a number of frauds in the past.
