Default Weigh-In Tonight
Well I went off plan everyday but 2 this past week, so I am willingto accept my gain and move on. Had a great OP day yesterday so if I stick with it next week should be good.

Kim,
I'm very proud of you for facing the music! Almost every time I skip a weigh in because I am expecting bad news, it stretches into 2 weeks and 3 weeks.

Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised. At any rate, you have a great attitude about it!

good luck-you may still have a loss, or just stay the same. I'm sure you're eating less than you were before starting the program, so you could still lose.

Sherry I wish i could say I was eating less but my days that I went over I had an Arby's craving. Mozzarella sticks and a sandwich or two was a lot!!! It's ok though I'm still on track I can overcome this.
