Default Frozen Yogurt land :(

So our daughter loves Yogurtland. It's a frozen yogurt buffet. What torture that was fod df and I. Are we allowed to have no sugar added frozen yogurt? It had 4g carbs per ounce?

You can have fat free or lowfat frozen yogurt, and also No Sugar Added ice cream. But remember to keep the serving size to 1/2 cup.

It would be better if you could find an ingredient list but I'm guessing no sugar added is fine on Phase 2, in moderation. Not sure about the fat or other additives but the carbs are probably all from dairy. Just keep an eye on servings and cravings. I've had bug problems with NSA ice cream and had to throw it out. I do think some people are able to have a serving now and then without problems though.

Oh - and follow the sweet treat limit

I take my stepdaughter to one of those places every other week have a four(ish) oz NSA yogurt topped with sunflower seeds. Hasn't triggered anything for me. It's one of my favorite indulgences.

Ah, that's what I need - someplace that portion controls it for me. My problem was having a container in the house. Sadly there's no place around here that has single serve NSA ice cream or frozen yogurt

Ahh good to know. They have nuts and fruit with no syrups so maybe next time I'll treat myself to a little. Thanks everyone! I came home and ate a NSA fudgesicle so I was happy.

I bought some frozen yogurt a while back for those times when I was going to crack if I didn't have something sweet. Funny thing is, since after week 2 on SB, really haven't had any cravings for sweets. That thing of frozen yogurt is still sitting in my freezer unopened. I might just go throw it out today, I don't think I'll need it.

We have those self serve fro yo places everywhere here and my kids love to go..I will either get the NSA or the carb a whey kind and just use chopped almonds on it and it's a huge treat with no real triggers for me..most have the nutrition info posted so that really helps!
