So exactly 2 weeks ago i was at 300 llbs So heres what ive started doing
and i honestly feel like a new me!!! and im loving it!!
I started at 300 llbs and i weigh myself today to see that im now 280! Which is exciting for me bc im really glad to be out of the 290s!!
I cut out Pork & Beef, fried foods and sweets. and im eating fruit like a mad woman. and i go walking with my Cousin in the park!!!
ANYWAYS im so excited!
