b - oatmeal with flax and half a banana
l - pumpkin and black bean soup with lf bb cheese
s - yogourt and half pear
s - chicken with roasted veggies and a salad
s - half a pear
hopefully lots of water

exercise - 30 minute walk in the morning and 30 minute walk in the evening
