Default Protidiet recommendations...

I have decided to follow the protocol on my own using strictly IP alternatives as I am unable to get the real deal where I live.

I can get Protidiet products online in Canada for decent prices but would love to know if you have used this product line and if so, which items did you love/hate?

thank you!

also, any tips and advice for a newbie would be truly appreciated!

I've been wading into the alternatives slowly, because it takes more time than I have sometimes to read through all of the ingredients. That said, I just tried the Proti Diet chocolate pudding and I liked it better than the IP stuff. No doctoring required at all.

I have the vanilla too and am looking forward to trying it with my coffee.

Nashua Nutrition also sent me a variety of sample bars that I have to research, but so far, so good.

I haven't tried them yet, but I think they sell a crispy cereal which I am looking forward to trying!

I wrote a long response to this last night but the board went down and it wouldn't post. I had posted abiut this on another thread, it is on the current last page of the onecalled "Wayward's newbie group.
I haven't tried the crispy cereal yet but have read several places that it is very good.
Proteinwell ships from Quebec. It took one week to get to Edmonton by Canada Post. I ordered a month's worth of stuff because it is free shipping over $99.

Haven't tried the shakes, but the pancake is good, the chocolate soy puffs and the chocolate peanut butter bar is quite tasty.

I am on a diet like ideal protien but not ideal protien. My doctor only provides the protideit products, I think it is because they are much easier to get in canada. The Chili soy balls are great. The cookies are not that great

I like the hot chocolate. I'm not sure if you can get dietdirect.com in canada, i think they deliver internationally but I'm not 100% sure, and they have a giant jar (17.6 oz) of the hot cocoa protein powder. Good stuff and it lasts a while.

I put a trial order in for dietdirect but did not complete it. They do ship internationally but the shipping cost is ridiculous. I just put in 3 boxes of cereal to see what it would cost. The shipping for the "economy" choice was $59.00 plus change.
In total 3 boxes of cereal would cost over $97.00 US. There is little or no difference between the dollars now so the US unds didn't make a difference.

I love the chocolate cereal bar and the carmel crunch bar. I called Nashua and they told me that the Proti-thin line was most like IP products but that line doesn't have pancakes or eggs so I ordered from the Proti-diet line too. I really think they re both similar to IP.

Yes, I prder from Proteinwell, it is very reasonable with free shipping ove $99. but as other people were suggesting other sites I thought I'd check one out to see if they were better deals.
But I was amazed at what they would charge for shipping, so sticking with Proteinwell for sure.
I haven't tried the shakes yet because I have Premier Protein shakes from Costco, they have more protein in them. I do have puddings from Proti diet at Proteinwell and they are good so I am sure the shakes would be fine too.
