What are your fitness/health goals? To be at a healthy BMI and be happy when I look in the mirror
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? This time around? Disgust; I feel like a broken record.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Anxiety, and all of my friends either being thin or not watching what they eat; we go out a lot; I need to see the menu before we go out.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? more rigorous exercise, smaller portions, wine consumption

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? jeans without a muffin top, and a bathing suit
