I've been having this the past few mornings and it has completely taken care of my hunger throughout the day.
1 cup of Dannon Plain Nonfat (90 calories) - kinda bleagh by itself
1 cup of frozen fruit (70 calories) - I use blueberries because they are pretty sweet
1 cup of Kashi GoLean (140 calories) - Gives it a great crunch
= 316 calories
I layer it in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator. Delicious! Keeps me full from 6:30-10:30 and I haven't really had the hunger pains that I have had in the past.
