Hah, so, I've been on a gym plan of alternating between going 5 days a week and 4 days a week, abt an hour at a time. Last week was a 5 day week, and this is a 4; although today is my day off, and I just want to go! I realize I could go today and take a different day off, but due to my schedule that just wouldn't make any sense.
My point for posting is... Yay! This is a really good feeling for me; that I'm taking my weight loss plan seriously, plus realizing I usually really enjoy my workouts. I think I'm gonna stick to my day off, and if class ends early, I may shoot over for there for a quick run if I still feel like it
I'm in my 4th week of my lifestyle change. I feel great!
