Default Big Mac in a bowl = SO GOOD! Is there a limit though?

I recently made a big mac in a bowl using these ingredients:

Raw white onions, WF Thousand Island Dressing, Dill Pickles, Laura's Lean Beef, Iceburg lettuce, market pantry mustard.

Is it okay for me to eat this more than once a week? I Feel like it's such a cheat! But I love it so much.

Not sure where you would have got the "once a week idea". All of the ingredients on the list are unrestricted. I LOVE my big mac in a bowl. It's yummy and I think it may feel like a "cheat" because it's not the plain old, same old.

Yeah! That's what I thought but some people are like, oh I only have it once a week as a treat! Why would it be a treat if you can have it any time? It's so good and this will deff. help me pull thru the diet.

some people find the more beef they eat the less they lose in the week so I suppose it's just a personal choice for some to limit it as a once in a week thing

I ate it 3 times this week...lol. It's easy and tastes good, I ran out of WF thousand island so I used WF Ranch dressing which was really good too. I don't like ground beef so I make mine with ground chicken.

8oz raw ground chicken and yep, I load it with a spices. I love garlic powder the most so I put in lots. I add the IP salt, garlic powder, curry, what ever pops out first in my spice cabinet.

I used "ground" chicken, not grilled chicken but I'm sure it would taste good with grilled chicken as well.

I like it with hamburger patties rather than just browned hamburger but I never thought to try chicken! I wish I likes WF ranch because chicken with ranch would be great!

Yum! Totally buying the ingredients nest week to try this! I bet it will feel like a total cheat because I've been eating mainly white fish, so some ground beef will be delish!

I always combine any ground beef I have with ground chicken. I use one quarter lean ground beef with three quarters ground chicken. The chicken takes on the beef flavour. I buy big packages of lean ground beef and ground chicken at Costco and mix them together in meal size servings and put it in the freezer.
I use this all the time with the big mac in a bowl and it is excellent.

I plan on having this tomorrow for lunch. Do you add the beef hot or cold?
