Default Jillian's Six Week Six Pack: How many calories do I burn?
I guesstimated 200 calories. I do level one for 35 minutes, non-stop, and do the advanced level moves, not the novice. When I am done I drip with sweat. What do you all think? Gosh, I wish I had a BodyBugg...

That's pobably a good estimate. The 'average' woman burns 100 calories in 15 min of moderate exercise.
It's just a number anyway---really doesn't matter

That is why I thought 200 might be underestimating because I still am on the heavy side...
