Good Morning everyone, I was up late so I went ahead and opened up the chat for today. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday, its WI#19 for me today so I better get some rest for it!
Good morning everyone! Busy day today. Staying 100% op since my glass of wine Sunday. Lost three pounds last week. Gained a few this morning but my TOM is approaching so i'm not stressing over it. I will not be returning to the clinic ive been going to. 2 hour drive each way and I am not impressed with my coach there, very uninformed. Signed up for IP to go last night and ordered a months worth of food. The have a fee shipping offer going on until tonight so I took advantage of it. Hope everyone has a great day today!
Good morning everyone. I had the most bizarre dreams last night - not scary, weird. When I told my husband about them we just couldn't stop laughing because they were so crazy! I woke up from it at 3am and couldn't get back asleep until right before my alarm went off.
I normally never remember my dreams...is anyone else experiencing crazy dreams since being on IP??
Hi all. I have been trucking. Staying up trying to finish some school work. I am so ready to be done. I had a slip up on the diet but got right back on plan. I am determined to finish this phase at one time. I don't want to wait to get back on track again. I am down 4 pounds to I am doing good.
Good morning!! Going for a early WI today since we have games during my normally scheduled WI's... it's a day earlier than I normally do it, but still hoping to see a big drop in numbers.
I know they say you can get acne on this program, but I woke up this morning and have more pimples than I did in high school.. yuk!
About a year ago, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I didnt have to be diabetic. My excuse was that I international travel a lot for work, work at a computer for often 10+ hour days (forgetting to drink water), and hardly ever excercise.
My dad was diagnosed 3 years ago, and my mom diagnosed a year later (she checked herself when my dad was diagnosed and was fine then.) A year after that, I was diagnosed. I had 2 years to make a lifestyle change and didnt do it.
Taking medication, I was able to keep my levels good (not great) until about 3 months ago when they started to raise and wouldnt go down. I was already on max medication so got nervous because I thought I was eating ok.
About that time, I heard about Ideal Protein and that a small trail was coming to Finland in preparation for a launch later this year. After 2 days on the diet, my levels went down. After 2 weeks on the diet, they were better than they have ever been since being diagnosed. I am now on the minimum diabetes medication and my doctor says if I continue eating like this, I could stop taking it all together.
I started Ideal Protein about 1.5 months ago and have gone from 312lbs to 274lbs. This diet has been a miracle and probably a life-saver for me so that I will hopefully live a long and happy life to enjoy my family.
I am happy to see how many others on this board are also finding great success on the diet.

I haven't had weird dreams on this, but I seem to be waking up early. Maybe because it is my WI day and I am so excited?
Only one more day of work today, then my small town closes down for a county fair for the week.
I had a very good day yesterday. Stayed on IP. Encouraged 2 new IP girls at work. It really is interesting how we all have such different tastes on the IP products.
Have a great Wed everyone.

Steven, I had the same experience. In Jan I was diagnosed as a Pre-Diabetes Type II. Anyway..I joined Ideal Protein. I recently had a perfect blood sugar test. Ideal Protein really does work in lowering blood sugar.
I am so happy it is working for you also! I am also glad it is arriving in Finland. I forgot to tell you that Amazon has Walden Farm products. I don't know if they ship to Finland.
Good morning everyone! Wi #20 for me today. I'm down 3.2 lbs. I should be thrilled, but I'm kind of just... meh. I know my real loss was more like 2 lbs because last week I went up a bit on WI day- hormonal stuff. It's all good. I'm still forging into territory that I haven't seen in 10+ years. Now I'm looking forward to being out of the 180s.
I couldn't get on 3fc yesterday, it kept saying "3fc not responding".
Good Luck Wuv, you need to sleep a little more. That coming from an insomniac. I was on Ambien for 11 yrs and my new doctor made me ween off, torture. Been Ambien free for 8 months, but not getting alot of sleep.
Finn, So glad that the plan has helped you so much, nice to have a guy on here. Love your recipes and pics.
Today is a sewing day at one of the local churches. Have a great day and stay OP!
