Talking No longer obese! YAY

Hey everyone!

Had a great NSV to share today.. hopped on the scale to see 214.5 this morning.. an "overweight" BMI at 29.9!

I've finally hit the 30 pound mark, too! I tried lifting some 15 pounds dumbbells the other day (wishful thinking?) and I realized.. I used to "carry" these around all the time. Felt great to put them down.

AWESOME!! A BIG BIG Congrats on your minigoal! One of my current minigoals is to get into overweight. I have to lose about 30 more pounds to get there. That's really really awesome! I'm happy for you! Must be a good feeling.

Ahh congrats, that's a great moment. Getting under 200lbs and getting out of obese range really made me feel proud.

Congratulations!!! That's great!

Regarding the dumbbells, when I was first losing weight, I kept a pile of products in a corner shelf of my kitchen that totaled the amount of weight I had lost (bags of flour/sugar/whatever I had handy) as a reminder of how far I'd come.

Congrats! What an accomplishment! Getting out of the 'obese' BMI range was a huge milestone for me- it was the first time I really started believing that I didn't have to be overweight forever.

Keep up the awesome work!
