Default The Incredible Shrinking Buttocks!

Okay, so, I've lost about 14 pounds to date. Unfortunately, it's all coming from my rear! Don't get me wrong - any loss is a good loss as far as I'm concerned. But, as a woman, it's a tad disheartening to see my figure change this way. I know there isn't much I can do to make myself lose weight evenly so I really just want to know if anyone else is going through this.

Hope everyone is staying safe and avoiding Hurricane Irene!

Yep, I can relate. Running made my rear trimmer, now if I could only lift it a little...one can dream though.

It could just be an awkward stage of weight loss. I'm in one right now where my legs/upper midsection/hips have thinned out a lot but my butt/arms/lower belly just seem disproportionately larger. I'm really hoping it even outs some as I continue to lose!

When you still have a large number of fat deposits, sometimes fat will come off in slightly awkward ways. For the most part, however, this should even out in the long run.

I can relate. My upper midsection is shrinking but my butt now looks like 3 times bigger that it used to look. I don't want to look like a girl that has butt injections but I do think it's awkward how my upper midsection is decreasing some but my lower isn't!! I really want it to look right but maybe it's because my hips are big that my lower stomach has a pouch like it does.

Running, squats and lunges help round out the butt area...
