Default I found myself again!
Hey folks, happy to report I am down 32lbs in 4.5mths! My first major goal was to be under 300 and I'm happy to report that I'm 298. I could have gotten here quicker had I not gone off the deep end in Dec 2010/Jan 2011 but it is what it is. I'm proud of myself and proud of viewers like u!

Laral, u can do it too, don't give up! I went to a buffet and I couldn't eat more than 1.5 plates. Last month, I inhaled 5 plates no problem! It's progress not perfection
