S/C/G: 238.5/?/no more scale 4 me!

Height: 5ft 4 (on a good day!)

Default Tracy Anderson Metamorphis

Has anyone tried these? I have seen her infomercials and yesterday she was on QVC and it looks so tempting but then when i think about it i don't see how it can possibly transform you like she says it does.

She had all these celebs call in like Gwenyth Paltrow and Nicole Richie and someone from army wives and they all of course are thin and toned but they also never were fat to start with!

I find it skeptical because she said you will get toned arms just by using accessory muscles in your arms using no weights for most of the time and then using only 3 lb weights? i thought you had to lift heavy to tone and see muscles.

Anyway has anyone tried it? I'd be curious to see what people who have done it have to say.

been wondering about her program too. The library here has her 30 day book which I'm going to check out. She does look quite good for lifting only 3lbs..but I read she does alot of planks which also tone the arms. I also read alot of people say her diet plans don't give enough food, but I think her calories are probably aimed towards her 5' foot 95lb body, so I'll probably eat more than she recommends.
