Ok great news. My scale was broke so I am not 237. Still 222. Thank the Gods!!! Lol. Also got a WII Fit plus. Love it and even my hubby is dong it.

Default Ok i am now 43

So I am 43 and still not where I want to be. BUT... My nephew just informed me last night he is getting married on 10/30/2018!!! NEW MOTIVATION

I need to be atleast 160 pounds by his wedding. This gives me 19 months to lose the weight. That is under 4 pounds a month. I CAN DO IT!!! 1 pound a week is SOOOOOOOO doable. This is a great motivator.

Loving the attitude.. keep it up
High protein lowish but good fats and not too many carbs helps me sloths best

Ok I have reached my 3rd weigh in, and I have consistently lost 1 pound a week. At 220 now and hope to step it up a little. Still only 1 pd a week but dont want my body to not get toned too.

I unfortunately am having to start again. But I have mantained 221 -225. So heres to a new journey.
