Between blizzard snacks (Doritos and beer) and PMS, I swear the scale has not been kind. Sure, I've been working out to make up for it, but the water weight gain associated with the "monthlies" or WHATEVER sure can discourage a girl. I'm going back to kickboxing tonight and even though I'm excited, I seriously wanted to Hulk Smash the scale this morning.
