I counted calories yesterday, and ate approx. 1,300. I snacked at night on cabbage and carrots. I need things at night while I read, and I did not count those calories.

The Points Plus plan at WW does not work for me. It allows way to much food. I had success with the old system though.

I am going to continue to go each Wednesday and pay to get weighed.
It may sound silly, but I need weekly accountability.

I weighed in at home this morning at 158.2. Down .8 pound.
