Eating disorders are a lifelong struggle, and in my opinion unless the real issues are addressed the roller coaster will continue non-stop. You will find balance between eating and moving, or you won't. It will be your choice, and luckily you are aware and willing to pay the price for the risks you're taking. Good luck in your journey
