I am currently eating a totally off plan meal from Sonic....bawling my eyes out. Took my dog back to the vet, they did xrays. He has what appears to be 4 nodules around his windpipe.

I am happy to report that I only have 1.4 to get rid of by tomorrow. My weigh in this morning was 161.4.

Hope you all are having as great a day as possible

Still losing at a predictably measured pace. Down almost 2 pounds. Just 3 days until vacation. I was hoping to get to 225 by vacation, but it looks like I'm just going to miss it. It is close enough. If I had gotten to the gym a little more consistently, I probably would have made it, but in the end it really doesn't matter that much. I'm hoping to be around 200 pounds by my 48th birthday at the end of September, then at goal by Thanksgiving. Provided I don't derail my plan that seems reasonable. Since I go on vacation at the end of the week and all next week, I won't have access to a scale so won't be doing any measurements. Hopefully, I will make good choices and not go too far off plan.

Rennie That's great. Good to see you back at it.

Thanks Cattails

Thanks Andrew , I know that if I had gotten my hiney to the gym more I'd be close to goal or at goal by now. I do so much better when I go there but it's not always a easy task to get there. Go you on your goals by your 48th birthday and Thanksgiving. Here's some to pack in your bag for vacation

Well 160.6 this morning which is the same thing I weighed at the end of May. I had a .8 gain for May and I have a .6 gain for June. Not to shabby but it seems to be hard for me to full get away from 158-160 ... gotta do something about that

Thanks for all the kind thoughts for Buddy. He was my husband's dog when we met but just before we married I became very ill and was sick off and on for a year or so. I spent alot of time in bed sick and he became very protective of me and stayed by my side. I buy a charm every year for my bracelet signifying something special about the year and the year we married I did not buy a wedding related charm but rather a dog charm, lol. After having my daughter my priorities shifted and I have not been as attentive to him, though still taking care of him of course, so it hit me hard, feeling guilty and sad at the same time. We are trying to make this time as good and comfortable for him as we can. Here is a pic though it comes out sideways for some reason!
