I'm finding it OK at the moment-enjoying eating real food after so many tries at vlcd's.Think the break from junk food will do me good too-I'm a junk food addict.It'll do the kids good too-I've been giving them far too many sweets and being lazy with cooking.I'm feeling very determined right now.
