Way to go! I hope I make it that long Abbi! I am about 80 days off all soda/sweet tea but only a month into completely cutting out wheat and sugar (with the exception of just a couple off meals or items).

I feel amazing! Honestly, never better. I am sleeping well and waking easier. My hair has stopped falling out, which is a unexpected bonus. After a few weeks it has become easy. I am obsessive about the no gluten because I hear now that I have been off it that eating it will likely make me sick. I do not like being sick LOL
