The struggle is real. Hoping to end the year at 135 but I'm down 20 lbs from this time last year. Not winning the battle but definitely winning the war.
I haven't posted a weigh in for quite some time but need to get back on track if I want to reach my end of year goals. Normally I weigh on Mondays but I want a fresh start today with it being Nov 1 so I think I will switch to Saturdays at least through end of 2014.
9/30 = 206 = -1.8 in September
