It's really not as bad as I'd feared after the whole Christmas and birthday party-craziness. And my weight has actually held steady for almost 2 years. It's stayed between 175-182, regardless. I'm fortunate that I've gotten away with not getting back to my highest weight ever (195.)
I'm hoping for 170 in the spring, and I've got plenty of time.
I guess I will do weigh ins on Saturday & try to be consistent with it, I forget to weigh when I get up & just don't bother after I eat breakfast & get started with my day. I will try better.
