Not give in to the chocolate and peanut butter cups my whole family was eating in front of me.

This is going to sound terrible but I can't wait till my in-laws go back home. My family's been eating crap right before my nose since they came.

Doesn't sound terrible, Paulitens. I totally understand you.

Instead of eating the leftover chocolate covered everythings from yesterday's family film afternoon for breakfast, packed them into two little snack boxes to give the kids for lunch and made myself a banana blueberry smoothie!

Made myself take my daily walk at work, knowing I'm going to the rail trail after work made me want to sit at my desk and read, I could feel my butt expanding

Started entering my recipes for the whole week into my WW tracker. This will save time, especially during Tax Time, and thus help me keep on track since I won't be scrambling to figure points at the last minute while working, cooking and hungry! I have also started entering my portions for dinner into the tracker in the morning to help me better plan the day.

OK, two good choices I made today.

We're having a cold spell, probably the last for a long time (I'm in Florida) so I ran with the dogs instead of walking them. They get so switched on when it is cold, they bounce around like maniacs. They are all pretty good little runners, my Westie managed to actually stay in front of me. She scampers really fast!

60 minutes on the exercise bike, haven't been making the best choices lately, but feeling a change in the wind, now if spring would only show up!
