I am SOO with you katbslim!!!! We can do this!! The holidays are definitely tough - I just started our December chat and shared that I bought these incredible meal replacement shakes from the Vitamin Shoppe - my plan is to use them for breakfast, some lunches and then eat a lean dinner....they are really filling so I don't feel hungry at all!!! My biggest issue during the holidays is the wine
These are 260 calories each (I think) and they are filling enough that I won't need to snack through the day - if I can keep my dinner to around 400 calories, and if I keep up with my exercise I can indulge in wine and still lose weight!
