If I have them I would eat an avocado with just salt and pepper on it, I think the fat satisfied my cravings, then I wouldn't be looking for something else.
I think any veg, fruit like an apple, or nuts as suggested above would be ok.
I used to have celery with peanut butter in it as well, if you like it. I would stay away from any kind of carby things or processed foods if possible, like I would not recommend those snack packs, it seems like they just make me want to eat more of them.
DH likes crunchy granola bars, not the soft ones, and sometimes cottage cheese.
An old WW thing was vanilla yogurt with crushed pineapple...oh yeah, we got those carrots that are cut like potato chips, they were pretty good for something to munch and crunch on.
good luck! sometimes a low sodium v8 works too, if it's something lacking in the diet that's making you crave...
