Default The 160s...

Seems like a lot of us started around the same weights (180s-190s).

Did anyone else find the 160s particularly hard? After focusing on weight for a couple of months, now I have to remind myself to be patient and realistic. But dayum, I want out of the 160s!

Any words from those on the other side of it?

I hear that! I was in the 160's a long time - it seemed! Finally I got down to 158, then took a couple months off exercising and gained back 6 pounds. Now I'm in the 160's again! *sigh* But I'm getting there - you will too austinaus! But I definitely feel your pain....

We're the same weight right now =)

I haven't been thrilled with any mini-goals so far, but getting to the 150s might change that.

I just officially got in the 160's too, 167.6 this morning, now working toward the next "decade"

I think you are all awesome! I can't wait to see the 160s! It is inspirational to see how far you've all come and know I'll get there too!

Just hit 168... This month is being too good to me! Lol... Maybe I will be 166 by Tuesday .. Just maybe! Lol..lol wishful thinking!
