I like Zumba the best. I also do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred(didn't lose any weight), Denise Austin Bootcamp. I have a few Yogazone DVDs too.
In the past I did Sweating to the Oldies and The Firm.
Overall, I saw my body improve the most with the Firm.
I liked yogabootyballet, it was fun, I've been thinking about setting up dvd player in the basement so I can do some of that during the winter. I hear alot about Zumba, I'd like to try a dvd and see if I like it.
