I am so happy to have lost 32 lbs. Now I just need to lose 3 or 4 more lbs to get out of the obese category.

Thanks again everyone. It has taken me a year to do this. So, it didn't come off quickly and I am glad about that in the long run. My mind is now where it needs to be in this also and that year helped.
