Default Yeah, 25 lbs gone!!!!!

It has taken me 10 months to lose 25 lbs and 3 dress sizes. I have 5 more lbs to go to reach my goal, but I really need to lose 10 more lbs to just reach the BMI that will take me out of the overweight category.

I have to say that I have tried every diet known in the past, but this time I decided that it is as simple as eating less and exercising more. I stopped eating burgers and fries at fast food places also. I consciously made an effort to not over eat or to bypass eating something that would tempt me to eat more. I walk quite a bit also.

Thanks everyone. It has been slowly coming off and I am satisfied with my progress. I normally am very impatient and give up, but this time I have stuck with it and it is paying off. I guess slow and steady does win the race.

Thanks, I think the last 3 lbs are going to be hard to get off because I want it really badly.
