2 lbs is a lot! Way to go!
Thanks y'all....I just sometimes feel like I am not doing enough. I am a low sugar/low carb person. I try really hard to walk for an hour a day (sometimes it is only 30 minutes) on my treadmill doing a weight loss pre-programed workout. But still, I feel like I need to do more.......
