Breakfast: steel cut organic oatmeal after cooking about 1 cup. 2 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 cup milk
Lunch: whole wheat bread ham & swiss with mayo, lettuce and salsa on it.No drink.
Dinner. One flour enchilada with beef, onions and peppers smoothered with cheese sauce
And a Coke.
Any clue as to calories for this?! I was off today, big time!!
