So I've been on the treadmill and the eliptical - almost every day 2x per day - drinking tons of water and watching what i eat - ZERO pounds lost

what am I doing wrong????

How much carbs? Any fried or butterry stuff? if you are eating right, then take a day off from treadmill and elliptical. I have seen it works.

We'll need more information before even beginning to being able to help you. How long have you been watching what you eat? Do you know how many calories you're consuming? How long have you been exercising and watching what you eat? How long are you exercising for every day? These will give us an idea of your day and able to give you some input.

thanks! i have been on the treadmill and elipitical 1x per day and recently (started last week) at 2x per day, once in the am and once in the afternoon...watching what i eat for about a month now, not buttery foods, some carbs but minimal
