40 SOMETHING Fourth of July Challenge!!!!!!!!!
Okay Folks, this is a short one. We seemed to have lost touch quite a few people in the last challenge, maybe it was too long? Nonetheless it is time to try this again...onward we go!!!!!!!!
Post your goals...something you can do a it different over the next two weeks to make a difference. It doesn't have to be a weight loss goal, it could be drinking more water, not eating after a certain time at night OR an exercise goal.....
Lets feel better about ourselves on Fourth of July!! And GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!

My goals for this challenge..continue to eat clean and low carb and just cheat less!!! I was getting a little too comfy towards the end of this last challenge and I was cheating too much and sabatoging myself..a cookie here, a bag of popcorn there....it doesnt' take much to gain the weight back....
I will do plies with weights, chair dips and push ups now until fourth of july...EVERY DAY....as many as I can get out......It is just too nice out to be in the gym on those machines...I've been talking about and talking about it and it just isn't happening...so why fool myself into thinking that it is going to happen? It's not. Paying for a trainer right now is out of the question..I have too many expenses going on with zumba convention around the corner.....

Good morning! Between a long road trip and my son being home more, I haven't checked in as often on the last challenge.
I have started a new workout DVD, so I would like to stay consistent with that. I would also like to fit more fish into my meals...less ice cream.

I'm just starting over (again) to lose weight. I'd like to make sure I drink at least 8 glasses of water each day, watch my portions, begin exercising regularly, and stick to between 1200 - 1500 calories per day.

Wednesday: pretty good day, ~1200 calories, all before 4PM(trying to eat between 9 and 4 most days), 1 hr body sculpt, no supplements
Kind of carping out on the 17-day diet. It's so restrictive it makes me want to cheat. I am trying to stick with egg whites and veggies for b'fast and salads and lean protein for lunch, but am allowing myself some carbs for snacks. My weight is down a bit this morning.

Hi, I'm new to this forum but would like to join the challenge if it's not too late. My goal is to take my Sensaslim before every meal and to take my fiber I just started twice a day every day! I just started both of these on the 22nd and I want to give them a fair shake. So far I've only missed a couple of meals but I really don't want to miss anymore in the next two weeks.
Glad to have found this forum and I like that I can talk to other 40 somethings who understand what I'm going through!

Oh, and I'd like to add to my goal to keep up with doing my Kettlebell training at least three times each week.
