national- the weather is the same way here, this spring was not enjoyable at all.

I'm so down about my weight, I'm lowering my calories & I'm gonna try to get my weight back down. My pants are so tight, I've been wearing sweats. If I don't do something now, I will gain all the weight back. My goal is to be the same weight I was 2 yrs. ago in August( 108lbs.) As of August I will be maintaining for 2 yrs. I never make it past that point( this is the third time) It's very important to me to succeed this time.

new to the thread and another beautiful day here in the midlands but already people are complaining about not having enough rain! As I said, be careful what you wish for...

Dieting is getting difficult with DFS around as he wants to eat fast foods all the time but I'm trying to increase my exercise and encourage everyone to eat healthier. I've gone from no exercise to walking almost every day. Today I tried to start the C25k program (jogging with the pushchair!) with my eldest daughter but we struggled after 4 reps (half way). Not giving up though!
Good luck everyone with your goals!

Back from vacation, swamped at work, hope to catch up soon! Dont have a decision yet on hubby getting social security reinstated, but they dismissed his $115, 000 they said he owed and now they want $1500 this is doable. yeah cuase I can just cut you a check for $115,000. Been over 3 years waiting for this and is nice to have this amount owing taken care of. Had a bad food day yesterday, ate so much and did not even feel very full but do today.
