I just ordered my book 17 day diet, and eager for it to arrive. Does anyone suggestions to premade meals similiar to bistromd? That is a little expensive for me. Thanks a bunch

I have just become a big fan of frozen dinners thanks to my bf... They are surprisingly tasty, huge variety, and portioned controlled. Even the expenses ones (Kashi, Amy's) you could do two a day for about $50. Then add in fruits and fresh veggies, yogurt, etc for breakfast and snacks...
