I'd like to be down at least 7-8 by then. I'm shooting for my goal weight by my 40th birthday in mid May.
(I hope you don't mind me jumping in the 40-somethings group. I'm 39 3/4 right now...)

Great to see everyone again!
My goal is to be @ 132 by St. Patty's Day. My birthday is a few weeks later so I'd love to be @ 130 by then.
My official starting weight is 135.8.
I'm in that sweet spot right now where my scale is down a tiny bit every morning. I know it won't last so I'm enjoying it! I've cut way back on the carbs this week and am eating a lot more protein - egg whites and veggie sausage w/ breakfast, grilled chicken w/ my lunch salad, and peanut butter and fruit for snacks.
Already having a rough time w/ exercise this week - DH has been working long hours so I'm having trouble keeping my schedule at the gym. And Friday night is our night away, where I'm sure food and wine will be involved! Committed to jumping right back onto plan when we get back on Saturday.
Thanks for starting the thread, bama!

Hello Chicks!
Great to see Natmars, Dcap and Zumba! I feel ya Zumba that's what happened to me. I increased my workouts but the water retention killed me for the weigh in on Tuesday AM.
My start for this is 214. I would LOVE to see 199 but will set my goal at 204 by St. Patty's.
Welcome Jen516 and Changergirl! And Flippy you come on aboard...you are absolutely welcome on this thread.

Hi all!
I did well last night, with yoga, aerobics AND weights! Tonight, I'm feeling lazy and sluggish after work. I'm going to watch my favorite guilty pleasure, but if I do, I MUST practice yoga while watching!
How did you all do today?

Hello - can I join in? I am a long-time lurker, but lurking isn't helping me lose the weight, so I thought I would jump in!!!
My long term goal is to get below 140 lb for my 50th birthday in August. I'm going to aim for 4lbs for this challenge - any more would be a bonus!

Wed calories: 1615. Exercise: 30 min elliptical(200 cal)
Calories are creeping up again - trying to stay between 1200-1500, but closer to the lower end most days. Also did not get in as good a workout as I would have liked - DH had band practice so I had to cut it short. But I insisted in getting it in!
I'll be away with DH tomorrow, returning later Saturday. Will get right back on plan!
Clyte, welcome!!!
dcap, what a workout you had! Can't imagine doing all three in one day.
bama, great goal - you can do it, girl!

 clytemnestra! I love your name.
Natamars - When I am at home, I do a video with aerobics and weights combined, so I can get more bang for the buck. (Usually 30DS; but I'm hearing good things about Jackie Warner so I may try her). Today I went to the school gym, and THAT was crazy, because I did aerobics and weight separately. I'm already feeling sore
My exercise was in so early, I don't know what to do with myself (read: I don't want to study for school!!) This week went by fast...

Hi All, I'm back from Mexico! I missed the Vday wrap up on the other thread, great work to the Chicks that met their goals. You guys all rocked, great effort!
I've decided to focus more on my fitness, sports and half marathon and less on my weight, so I won't join this challenge with you fine ladies, but keep on keeping on and good luck with your goals.
