So sorry

I broke 5 bones in 8 months; yep it was an interesting year.

I shattered my ankle, and it had to be rebuild. I did not get much movement in...well even small tasks were hard.

I broke my wrist 8 months after my ankle. Two bones, and it did not stop me from my regular life. I cooked, cleaned and walked. My wrist actually healed really fast, and some say it is because I put it to work and it helped the healing.

Maybe running may not be do the best thing, but you can really get your body moving just by walking. Be careful of ice and snow...if you live in those areas.
