The exercise is brutal getting started again but I feel so good after I have done it. Then when u see the results it's even greater feeling. I know all this why is it I can find things I need to do instead? Lol
I used to be like that too. But, this time I have just kind of fell into a routine. Set a time everyday just for my workout. Just remind yourself how great this exercise is going to help you look! You can do it!
I did this before and it felt great and the coments were great. The best comment I ever got was from my husband when he asked me if I seen that guy checking out my ***...lol that's been a few years ago but I want to get back to that place : )
